Meet Rick
Rick has 35 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction working as an assistant superintendent for Pattillo Corporation. He has served as a city building inspector, project manager, safety coordinator, and property caretaker. He holds certifications in Georgia Soil and Erosion, Georgia Soil and Water Comission, and Safety Coordination. He is a member of the International Code Council and Georgia Rural Water Association. More importantly, Rick has spent his life here on the lakes of Rabun County, and his knowledge and love of the area lakes motivate his work ethic. He is a family man that cares about honesty, quality, a job well done, and satisfied clients.
